We will deliver it to your home or pick it up at the store (Todoroki store). *The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. *Depending on the status of your application, it may take some time to receive the information and receive the utensils.
Bring it to the store (Todoroki store)
Please make a reservation for your visit using the application form, and then bring the repaired item directly to the store (Todoroki store) on the day of your reservation. *If you arrive without a reservation, your luggage may be held.
Assessment/estimate
We will provide you with an assessment and an estimate in about 30 minutes. *If the person in charge of estimating is not available or depending on the condition of the vessel, we will hold the work and provide an estimate at a later date. If you do not wish to have the product repaired and would like to have it returned by shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Things that can be kept
・Size: Less than 30cm long, 30cm wide, and 50cm high (please contact us for items exceeding this size)
・Materials: Pottery, porcelain, glass (lacquerware is not accepted)
・Chip: within 5cm x 5cm
*Please contact us if the defect exceeds 5cm x 5cm.
*Please contact us for extremely thin items or items with a large number of broken pieces.
*We can accept gold repairs, but please note that it may peel off.
*Please note that in the case of vessels with penetrations (fine crack patterns appearing on the surface of the ceramic glaze), there is a possibility that lacquer may get into the penetrations.
*Please note that with matte textured pottery such as yakijime, metal powder may get into the small holes and become difficult to remove.
*When repairing porcelain, we first try adhesion with lacquer, but due to the characteristics of the material, adhesion may not be possible. Please note that in that case, synthetic adhesives may be used.
*The handles of cups, etc. can be repaired, but cannot be used.
*Items that are exposed to high heat for long periods of time, such as earthenware pots, and items that come into contact with water for long periods of time, such as flower vases and flower pots, can be repaired, but cannot be used. Please enjoy it as an ornamental.
*If items are glued together, please remove them yourself and bring them with you. If the adhesive has not been removed, you will be charged an additional fee of ¥3,300, and if the adhesive remains after it has been removed, you will be charged an additional fee of ¥1,100.
*Please note that delivery times will be delayed for round powder (gold/silver) finishes, works with many divisions, and glass.
*Due to the characteristics of glass, small scratches created during repair may become more visible. *For bonding glass, use a synthetic adhesive that complies with the Food Sanitation Act. The finish is lacquer or metal powder, just like ceramics.
Notes after repair
・Do not use on open flames, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, dish dryers, etc.
- Clay pots etc. cannot be used directly over fire.
・You will no longer be able to use pots, vases, teapots, etc. with water in them for long periods of time.
- Items with thin handles, such as mug handles, wine glass stems, and cutlery, cannot be used by holding them.
