We have recently launched an "Inquiry AI Chatbot" to respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and feedback. This chatbot is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and will answer frequently asked questions and handle basic inquiries. If more specialized consultation or detailed support is required, the chatbot will connect you to the appropriate person. In addition, in conjunction with this initiative, we have formulated a "Basic Policy on Customer Harassment" to create an environment where both customers and our staff can communicate with peace of mind. For details, please see the attached "Basic Policy." We will continue to strive to create a healthy communication environment for both customers and employees and to provide higher-quality service.
