If you would like to know the approximate cost before receiving a final quote, please refer to the measurement method and price list below.
A fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) will be charged for preparing this estimate.
If you request repairs, this fee will be applied to the repair cost.
*If the damage is complex (a mixture of cracks, chips, and fissures), please contact us first.
*The minimum repair cost is 3,300 yen per item.

How to measure the repair part
The area of the "rectangular frame" that the chipped part will be placed in will be measured both inside and outside, and the fee will be calculated based on the total area (length x width).

If there are multiple chips, we will calculate the price for each one and then add up all the prices. If there are multiple chips, we will give you a discount of 1,100 yen for each chip from the second chip onwards.

1st place: [Outside] Height 4mm, Width 6mm, [Inside] Height 3mm, Width 4mm
Second place: [Outside] Height 6mm, Width 8mm, [Inside] Height 2mm, Width 3mm
*After calculating the amount of each missing piece, add them all together.
*There are two chips, so one of them will be discounted by 1,100 yen.
1st place: [Outside: 4mm x 6mm = 24㎟+] + [Inside: 3mm x 4mm = 12㎟ ] = 36㎟ → 5,720 yen
Second place: [Outside: 6mm x 8mm = 48㎟+] + [Inside: 2mm x 3mm = 6㎟ ] = 54㎟ → 5,720 yen
Total: 5,720 yen + 5,720 yen - 1,100 yen (multiple discounts) = 10,340 yen

How to measure the repair part
A string is placed over the crack, the length is measured, and the fee is calculated from the total.

If there are multiple cracks, we will add up all the lengths and charge you that amount.

*The total length of all cracks (inside and outside) is calculated.
1st: 25mm+30mm=55mm
2nd: 35mm+40mm=75mm
Total: 55mm+75mm=130mm → 7,870 yen

How to measure the repair part
A string is placed around all outside sides of the crack (the side with the base if it is a vessel), the length is measured, and the fee is determined from the total.

An additional charge will be added for the number of broken pieces (including the vessel itself).
If the piece is split in half like this, measure both sides of the split from the outside of the piece (the high side in the case of a vessel) as shown in ① and ②.

Total: 1,100 yen + 8,580 yen = 9,680 yen
